Multiple occurrences in application list

Description

If the same version of an application on the same platform (family) occurs in multiple factories, it should combine these in the application list on the homepage. At least in some cases, this does not happen, which leads to multiple occurrences and a cluttered home page.

This happened when an application has both development versions as non-development versions listed. Fixed with r386.
